Fits a 1" track size. Double Sheave Track Car it has a 1 7/8" diameter sheave and fits max 3/8" Line diameter. The area to where it twists is a bolt situation - looks handmade done so it's just an easy way to be turned. The track car length is 4 1/2". Stands 2 1/2" total length.
