This 32" Yacht Specialties Wheel With Cover is in fair condition. The wheel itself does have a large dent to it to the outer side by one of the spokes. It is just cosmetic. Could be covered with a fun line pattern. The wheel has a 1" straight keyed Shaft. The blue canvas cover is in fair condition, it does have some small holes but all the snaps work still. It does have an olde fabric wrap on the wheel, it is coming off and feels odd to touch but underneath the wheel is like new in those areas.
