Very nice. Recently was rebuilt and is in excellent condition. Removed off CNC 30. The rudder is roughly drawn on the 3rd photo with its measurements. The shaft is 23 1/4" long x 1 7/8" diameter. The middle bolt is 3/8" diameter and is 5 1/4" from the top. Will come with the quadrant that is 16" diameter. It is model D-25. It was cut from the previous owners. Also comes with the hull insert and shaft accessories.
