This stainless steel mast collar looks to have been hand fabricated. Great sturdy condition. The center cut out for a mast is currently 8 1/2" long x 5" wide. Could be made bigger ( it was cut wonky). The overall diameter of this collar is 17" long x 13 5/8" wide x 2 3/4" tall. It has 10 rings around it that have a 1 1/4" diameter.
