Pair of stainless steel winch stands. Removed off a 1964 pearson triton. Measurements are on the photos. The mounting. Closer holes re 5/16" diameter x 2 3/4" apart. The farther apart holes are 5/16" diameter x 4 1/8" apart.
The area where the winch was mounting- the bolt holes are 2 1/4" apart and the original winch was about 5" base diameter. The other 2 holes on the end probably had a cleat or a jamb cleat of some sort. These holes are 4" apart.
