This dolphin swim platform bracket is so unique! This was removed off a 1964 pacific coast trawler made in Hong Kong. The top bracket is 18 3/4” long with 4 bolt pattern. The other bracket is 12” long with 3 bolt pattern. The black stuff should easy to remove (looks to be a caulk of some kind).
